Our story
Years of military service meant years of travel, layovers, recycled air, and time zones that never let up. We could handle the missions. What we couldn't handle was finally getting home and spending the first three days on the couch.
We served in different branches, different bases, different parts of the world. But we shared the same reality of constant travel, minimal rest, and a body that was always playing catch-up.
Every leave, every holiday, every long-awaited trip home, the same story. We'd walk through the door and crash. Headaches, fatigue, feeling run down for days. The people we missed most got the worst version of us.
We were left asking, why did every flight wreck us? We dug into the research and found dehydration at altitude, immune suppression in recirculated air, nutrient depletion from stress and sleep loss. The answers were there. A real solution wasn't.
